This project is located in Dubai, UAE, featuring a two-story private villa with a total area of approximately 1,500 square meters. PFM was responsible for the entire process, including design development, material supply, and on-site installation.

The most significant technical challenge of the project was the realization and installation of the crystal staircase. Through multiple structural simulations and on-site tests, we achieved a seamless integration between glass and metal, ensuring both safety and aesthetics. The result is a dream house that perfectly matches the client’s design vision.
