PFM Tasso White Marble Inspection Report

1. Install horizontal secondary framing

This involves setting up the horizontal support beams that will attach to the main structure and hold the stone panels.

2. Measure and weld the horizontal supports

Workers carefully measure and mark the exact positions for the horizontal supports, then weld them securely into place.

3. Install Aluminum Dry-Hanging Brackets & Apply Anti-Rust Paint

Lightweight aluminum brackets are attached to the horizontal framing. These brackets will directly support the stone panels. All welded joints and metal components are painted with a rust-preventative coating to protect them from corrosion and extend their lifespan.

4. Drill Holes in Stone Back

5. Drill Holes in Stone Back

After drilling, special bolts or anchors are inserted into the holes on the back of the stone panels. These bolts will link the stone to the dry-hanging brackets.

6. Hang Stone Panels, Adjust Bracket Position

Stone panels are carefully lifted and hung onto the dry-hanging brackets. Workers then adjust the brackets to ensure the stone is perfectly level and aligned.

7. Install Corner Aluminum Grooves

Specialized aluminum profiles designed for corners are installed to create neat and precise transitions at building edges.

8. Install Side Aluminum Grooves

Similar to corner pieces, aluminum profiles are installed along the sides of the stone panels to finish the edges and maintain consistent gaps.

9. Apply Masking Tape, Fill Joints with Sealant

Masking tape is applied along the edges of the stone joints to protect the stone. Then, weather-resistant sealant is carefully injected into the gaps to waterproof the facade and give it a clean finish.

10. Installation Complete

All steps are finished, and the stone dry hanging system is fully installed, creating a durable and aesthetically pleasing exterior.
