We conducted a pull-out test on-site and built a 1:1 full-scale mock-up wall at the factory. These tests, performed under real-world installation conditions, validated the mechanical performance and safety of the dry-hanging system for a high-rise application. They also ensured that the final design could be implemented with confidence.
Pull-out tests show that M8 regular anchor bolts only reached 6.5 kN, failing to meet the 15 kN design requirement. Therefore, M10 heavy-duty anchor bolts must be used to satisfy design and usage standards.
